1. Parties This contract has been concluded between Skyline Aluminium (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") on one side, and [Customer Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") on the other side, within the framework of the provisions specified below.

2. Subject of the Contract The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the aluminium systems and related product/assembly services purchased by the Buyer from the Seller via the internet or in electronic environment.

3. Service/Product Price and Payment Terms 3.1. Product/Service Price: The Buyer agrees to pay over the price announced on the Seller's website. 3.2. Payment Method: The price can be paid via [Credit card, bank transfer, EFT, etc.]. 3.3. Invoice: The Seller shall issue an invoice in the name of the Buyer and send it after the payment is made.

4. Performance of the Product/Service 4.1. Delivery Time: The product or assembly service subject to the contract shall be completed within the period specified in this contract in accordance with the Buyer's requests. 4.2. Performance Time: The product delivery or service shall be performed by the Seller within [X days/weeks] from the date of the contract. 4.3. Method of Performance: Products/Services will be carried out in the form of shipping to the specified address by cargo or on-site assembly according to the agreement made with the Buyer in the electronic environment.

5. Right of Withdrawal 5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without showing any reason and without paying any penalty. (Products that are customized and produced according to the special measurements and requests of the Buyer are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.) 5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing.

6. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data 6.1. The personal information of the Buyer shall be protected by the Seller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698. 6.2. The parties undertake to protect the confidentiality of the information they provide to each other during the service.

7. Resolution of Disputes Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes that may arise from this contract.

8. Enforcement This contract enters into force upon the Buyer's approval in the electronic environment.

9. Additional Provisions The parties shall act in accordance with the provisions of the general distance selling contract in matters not specified in this contract.
