Delivery and Return Terms

1. Delivery Terms
1.1. Purchased products (aluminium systems, etc.) will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the order via cargo/shipping company, or delivered and assembled on-site by the Seller's teams.
1.2. The Seller shall perform the delivery or assembly service in accordance with the Buyer's request, within the period specified in the contract, and not exceeding the legal period (30 days).
1.3. The delivery of the product or the completion of the assembly shall be deemed complete when the products are inspected and received by the Buyer completely and undamaged. For damages that may occur during transportation, the Buyer must have the cargo/shipping staff prepare a damage report.

2. Return Terms
2.1. The Buyer has the right to return (right of withdrawal) standard (non-personalized) products within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
2.2. Exception: For products that are specially manufactured, cut, or designed and assembled in line with the Buyer's special measurements, spatial requirements, or demands, the return (right of withdrawal) cannot be used in accordance with the relevant legislation.
2.3. The return process shall begin with the written request of the Buyer, and the standard products to be returned must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and must not have lost their resalability.
2.4. After the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded within the legal period in accordance with the payment method used by the Buyer.

3. In Case of Dispute In any dispute that may arise from the return and delivery conditions, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices (or Consumer Arbitration Committees) shall have jurisdiction.
